New feature: Pop-up
Want to increase your email list quickly? Easily build a pop-up in Reloadify that runs on your own website! The entered data (like name, email address etc.) will be directly synced to Reloadify. Let the email addresses flood in! Or use the feature for lead generation and profile enrichment. Thanks to the flexible module, everything is possible.
Pop-up module
The pop-up module in Reloadify gives you the opportunity to increase your email list easily. Do you just ask for the email address? Or do you give your customer a discount in exchange for the email address? Or do you want to enrich your profile? It is all possible!
After your customers have filled in the pop-up, you collect all email addresses in Reloadify using a tag. This way you can easily set up a trigger to send these customers an email with for example a discount code, a thank you, or something else.
Are you on Lightspeed, CCV Shop or Shopify? Then we will inject the data directly into your webshop, and you only need to enable the module to Reloadify. Are you working with another platform? Then you would need to add a piece of code to your webshop to make this work.
Retarget your customers
Retarget your customers by filling out the pop-up. Do you use the pop-up to offer a white paper or another fun download? After your customer has filled out the pop-up and received their download, it is easy to retarget them with other valuable information. Create a segment and then easily add your segment to a trigger or newsletters and communicate more personally with your customers thanks to the segments module.
How to add a pop-up to Reloadify
1. Determine the purpose of your pop-up
First, determine what you want to use the pop-up for. Your pop-ups will look different in content if you want to get a newsletter subscription or if you want to offer your customers a download. In this case, we'll assume you want to offer your customer a discount in exchange for their email address.
2. Define when your customers see the pop-up
In the pop-up settings you’re defining when your customer will see the pop-up. Do you want to show it immediately, or do you want to show it after a while? It's possible to define the number of seconds when the pop-up should be shown. You have the following options in Reloadify:
3. Determine on which page your customers will see the pop-up
Determine on which page the pop-up is active. Do you want it on certain category pages or on certain product pages? Or, on certain product pages? The possibilities are endless. It is also possible to exclude pop-ups on different pages. You are in control!
4. Communicate
Did the visitor fill in a pop-up? Identify the email addresses by adding a tag and communicate through triggers or newsletters within Reloadify. Below, we give you some cool ways our customers use pop-ups:
- Newsletter signup with discount code
- Offer a discount at the brand level and at the category level
- With a download in it
- For profile enrichment (for e.g., birthday campaigns)
- Pop-up newsletter subscription
5. Tracking statistics
To keep track of the statistics of the pop-up, you can easily go to the statistics of your pop-up. It tells you who have filled in the form, on what time and with what email address. You can also create a segment based on the subscribed visitors. Within Reloadify, check how much your segment has converted in total, how many orders per segment, what is the average order value per customer, what is the average number of products the segment ordered, the lifetime value of the segment and how much time there is between orders. All ins and outs can be found back in Reloadify under statistics of your segment.
